Anthrax Down To Work With Gaga

In an interview with Rock Rebel Magazine, Anthrax's Frank Bello says the band would love to work with Lady Gaga "…but she just did the GRAMMYs with Metallica.  She's a metalhead, which I love…of course we'd be very open to that, but nothing is planned now." Since Rob Halford said working with Gaga is on his "bucket list," can't we get everyone together "We Are The World" style and do one massive, bombastic track and music video?  We could invite the Ronnie James Dio hologram to really put things over the top!

Fun Fact:  Finland's Version of 'The Voice' > The U.S. Version

You don't get a lot of metal on the competitive singing songs unless you're an 82-year-old retired aerospace engineer, but Finland's version of The Voice featured a contestant that belted the crap out of Slipknot's "Psychosocial" and got Hanoi Rocks' Michael Monroe to turn his chair around.

Rancid, Dropkick Murphys Headlining It's Not Dead Festival

Love punk, ska and/or hardcore?  You're going to want to check out the It's Not Dead Festival, which takes place August 26 in San Bernardino, Calif.  With Rancid and Dropkick Murphys headlining, you have to at least look into ticket pricing, right?
